Everything we sell is built and match-tested by competitors. Here’s how shipping, warranty and returns work.
Shipping
- In-stock items usually ship within 2–3 business days.
- Every order ships via USPS with tracking.
- The Mantis MK4 is an FFL item and must ship to your FFL dealer. Email a copy of your FFL’s information to ffl@cpfirearmsllc.com before we ship.
- We don’t do firearm transfers.
30-Day Warranty: Manufacturing Defects
If a CP Firearms product fails because of a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we’ll replace it. Defects are replaced, not refunded. Damage caused by use, wear, modification or improper installation isn’t covered.
- Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
- Once we verify the failure from your photos, we’ll cover the return shipping.
- We mail your replacement as soon as the defective part arrives back to us.
Returns: Unopened Items
- Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued minus a 10% restocking fee once the item arrives back unopened.
- Return shipping for unopened returns is paid by the customer.
- Contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
